Pinapalooza NY will replace any defective product with impactful manufacturing variations.  Non-impactful manufacturing variations do occur and are considered normal.  We require that you submit your claim of impactful defective product and images to us within 10 days of delivery to your shipping address for full replacement of the product.  If a product is returned or exchanged and the product is deemed as a minor manufacturing defect, the customer will be offered a refund less any return shipping and/or fees associated with the item.
